Modern Sequence Dancing

Sequence dancing is a combination of steps from each of the Ballroom and Latin dances. The steps are arranged in a repeatable group or sequence, which generally consists of 16 bars of music.

When dancing Sequence all couples dance around the floor anticlockwise, dancing the same steps as each other at the same time, almost in a formation.

We will teach you many of the classic Sequence routines such as The Mayfair Quickstep, Catherine Waltz, Square Tango, and Rumba No.1. Along side these well-known favorites you will also learn some prize winning and up to date dances, which are scripted and taught throughout the U.K.
