Ballroom dancing has been around for many years and it is not solely for the older generation. It comprises of Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz and Tango all of which are easy to learn and fun to do.

The Latin Rhythms generally originated in South America and are popular to do because of the infectious pulsating music. The Latin Rhythm comprises Cha Cha Cha, Paso Doble, Rumba, Samba, Salsa and Jive
